Each mask requires careful preparation before starting its journey to you. We know waiting isn’t the fun part — but we want your piece to arrive ready to impress. 🕸️

Masks are generally prepared within approximately 15 days before shipment.
✈️ ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 15–20 days.
Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Delivery times can vary depending on your country, customs, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address and email are complete and correct before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.
📮 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
📦 YOUR MASK AFTER SHIPPING
Long-distance transportation may occasionally cause slight temporary deformation of the mask or shell. Don’t worry — this can normally be gently reshaped and does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

There's no huge warehouse behind MaskOryx. Each order is prepared specifically for you before beginning its journey from our partner's workshop to your door. 🕸️
