At MaskOryx, we want every customer to receive a product that corresponds to their order and description.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers who benefit from French or European consumer protection law may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason, except where a legal exception applies.

From June 19, 2026, French law requires online sellers to provide consumers with an easily accessible online functionality allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products should include all components and accessories originally supplied.

Customers may handle and inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, any reduction in value may be taken into account where permitted by applicable law.

No restocking fee is charged.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns resulting solely from a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Do not send a return without first contacting MaskOryx so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.

Returns should be sent to the return address communicated by MaskOryx.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

For visible transportation damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours so that we can investigate promptly. This recommendation does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Products sold by MaskOryx remain covered by the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to professional sellers.

Under French consumer law, the legal guarantee of conformity generally allows consumers to act in relation to a lack of conformity for two years from delivery.

These statutory rights apply independently of this return policy.

REFUNDS

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, MaskOryx will refund the amounts required by applicable law, including the standard initial delivery cost where legally required.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

MaskOryx may defer reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. French law generally requires reimbursement within 14 days from notification of withdrawal, subject to this right of deferral.

Any additional delivery cost resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered by MaskOryx does not have to be refunded where applicable.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Where a product is genuinely manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where provided by applicable law.

The simple preparation, inspection or hand-finishing of a standard product does not automatically make it personalised.
