RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MaskOryx, we want you to feel confident about every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable under consumer law, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us at contact.maskoryx@gmail.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, with all components and accessories received with the order. Products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns resulting from a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
Please do not return a product without contacting us first.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact.maskoryx@gmail.com and provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
For damage that appears to have occurred during transportation, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the issue promptly. This recommendation does not limit or remove any mandatory legal rights or guarantees you may have.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.maskoryx@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet entered preparation, we will do our best to cancel or modify it before shipment.
Because certain products are prepared or finished specifically before dispatch, once an order has entered preparation or has been shipped, cancellation or modification before delivery may no longer be possible.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by applicable consumer law, any additional amounts that must legally be reimbursed will also be refunded.
HAND-FINISHED PRODUCTS
Some MaskOryx products may involve hand-finishing or individual preparation. As a result, minor variations in texture, webbing, finish, positioning, or other small aesthetic details may occur between individual products.
Minor variations inherent to the manufacturing or finishing process do not automatically constitute a defect.
This provision does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order.
