Masks are generally prepared within approximately 15 days before shipment.

✈️ ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 15–20 days.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Delivery times can vary depending on your country, customs, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

📮 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

📦 YOUR MASK AFTER SHIPPING
Long-distance transportation may occasionally cause slight temporary deformation of the mask or shell. Don’t worry — this can normally be gently reshaped and does not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

There's no huge warehouse behind MaskOryx. Each order is prepared specifically for you before beginning its journey from our partner's workshop to your door. 🕸️

This partnership allows me to focus on what matters most to me: finding great pieces, keeping prices as fair as possible, and making sure every customer has a great experience.
